We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we do not guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if it has been processed through our warehouse. Your understanding of this matter is appreciated.
Pricing Policy
The prices on our website are set to active pricing. This means we are always giving you the best price possible. If we are able to lower the price because of product or shipping discounts, we will receive it then we will pass that onto you. Prices may fluctuate and we do not offer a Price Guarantee so if the price changes after you have made a purchase there will not be a refund issued. The purchase price is accurate for the time you placed the order.
Return Policy
Is your order not what you were expecting? Please contact us so we can help you with your return.
We have a 7-day return policy for orders within the US (lower 48 States only). We offer refunds on returned items that are brand new and in their undamaged, original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A pre-paid return label will be provided for you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once we process the return. Damaged, installed, and used items as well as those without original packaging are not eligible for returns. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for any pre-built bikes or used bikes sold.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your order, the fastest and easiest way to do this is to reorder. We will ship your new order immediately. Please refer to the Return Form for the product you do not need and send it in for a full refund.
Warranty
Leo Trade is an authorized dealer for everything we sell. That means all new items you buy from us get the full manufacturer's warranty. If you need to have an issue considered for warranty, contact us through email, chat, or phone (239-230-4500) and our team will go straight to work to find you the easiest and fastest solution. In most cases, your claim will be resolved within 48 hours.
